January - May - tulip, ranunculus, anemone, stock
May - lilac, lily of the valley, specialty daffodil, ranunculus, anemone, tulip
June - larkspur, stock, campanula, ranunculus, peony
July - peony, delphinium, snapdragon, lily
August/September/October -  zinnia, rudbeckia, sunflower, lisianthus, dahlia
November - chrysanthemum, ornamental cabbage, snapdragon, stock
 
Some flowers are available over multiple months as the season shifts from indoor to outdoor production, but for a subscription we try to give them something different each month. Stem count for the bunch will vary depending on the cost of that particular flower (for example, ranunculus cost 2-3x as much as tulip).
