The long-awaited Vernal Equinox is upon us! From now until the Solstice, the days will be longer than the nights, bringing joy to all solar-powered beings (myself included). While we still have a couple months until we can reliably lean into 100% local flowers & foliage, the ingredients I source from US & Canadian growers evoke the season - blooms like tulips and ranunculus that thrive in cooler temperature; delicate ferns that remind us ours will soon unfurl.
